HXF6400 automatic management machine uses advanced visual processing technology and unique mechanical structure to realize the recognition of multi-color spinning tubes. It can be connected with winder formation by single machine, one tow two or one tow three, or centralized sorting by workstation, so as to achieve the optimum efficiency of spinning tube sorting.
Four kinds of color yarns can be sorted at the same time. It has the function of automatic learning. It can change the yarn varieties at any time according to the production situation. The operation is simple and convenient.
The bobbins of the winder connected to the pipe mill are automatically conveyed to the main engine for centralized treatment to save labor.
The classification and storage of the size yarns can be realized, and the orderly finishing of the bobbins will be achieved.
The interface with winder is simple, and the connection with different types of winder can be realized seamlessly by changing the interface connection form.
